Top Water Grill
As tradition goes, we had to take my mom to our favorite restaurant: Top Water Grill. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is just as good. My parents don't get good seafood in El Paso so they insist on going here each visit. We love the shrimp but Jakob loves to watch the fish and birds as well as walking along the shore with his daddy.
