Jakob's Wagon

One of Jakob's favorite birthday presents was his covered wagon from Bell and Papa. It has a wire frame that sits on top with a red canopy. It is so cool.

For the perfect Friday night, we decided to take the boys on a wagon ride through the neighborhood. They loved it!

Jakob's Birthday Party

Jakob was so cute at his party. He knew everything was all about him & he was putting on quite a show. Nance "helped" him open his presents. He was more interested in riding his tricycle & climbing on the boxes. However, Ben gave him a Texas Tech wind suit & Jakob started clapping and cheering. It was so adorable! He seemed to really enjoy his cake but he paid for it the rest of the weekend :(

Happy Birthday, Jakob Pierce!

I can't believe he's one. I spent most of the day crying. I can't really say if they were tears of sadness or tears of joy. I'm so sad that he's already one but I'm so happy to have such a wonderful little boy. He's a true joy!!!

I had these pictures made the day before his birthday. Jakob put on quite a show. The bad side of this is, he took 96 amazing pictures and I was supposed to only choose one!
