Rockets Fans

Jay and I went to the Rocket's playoff game on Saturday with some of our friends. We were filled with so much hope, only for our team to lose. In spite of that, we had a great time! I REALLY had a good time. I was trying not to embarrass my husband with all my yelling & cheering. Jay's voice just started to come back today. We left Jakey Boy with my friend Robyn and her mom. Even so, he had to sport his Rocket's "gear" like Mommy & Daddy.

7 Months Old

A hard reality hit me today... my baby boy is more than half way to being one year old. This really saddens me. What's more, is that in the next five months I know he will learn to crawl, walk, talk, eat table food, get more teeth, wave, and God only knows what else. It's hard to believe seven months ago he was so tiny.

These days he has so many new "tricks". He's so close to crawling. He gets all the way up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. I've uploaded a video of him on www.youtube.com. Search "Jakob Rocks".
