Happy Father's Day

I have been about to die from excitement over Father's Day. I usually have a difficult time buying Jay really great gifts. He's so hard to surprise. Well, this year I finally did it! I gave Jay an autographed Hakeem Olajuwon jersey. Jakob gave his daddy a bronze statue of a golfer and an adorable framed phot of himself. Both will look really great in the study in our new house. Jay loved all of his gifts. We had a wonderful and relaxing day with his family. Unfortunately, neither of use were able to be with our dads. Happy Father's Day to all of the special dads in our lives. We love you!

AJ's Graduation

Those of you who know me really well know how much I absolutely ADORE my brother. I think he hung the moon. I am so proud of him for enlisting in the United States Air Force. This past weekend my family had the honor of traveling to San Antonio for his graduation from boot camp. We had approximately 25 people over the course of the weekend. I couldn't stop crying; I was filled with so much joy to see the transformation. AJ left El Paso a boy but he is now a man. He has changed so much but he's still my sweet, baby brother. Check out www.walgreens.com to see more pictures of the weekend.

Eight Months Old

Jakob has changed so much recently. He's getting more hair and lots of teeth. He's learning to drink from a sippy cup. He's crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. I wouldn't be surprised if he is walking in the next two months. Any time I might have had to sit down has totally gone out the window!
